P0299. turbo under boost. Checked Wastegate operation and bypass solenoid/ ok at this time. Did hear a rattle noise in turbo one time. All test point toward removing turbo, inspecting and replacing turbo. Recommend having dealer check turbo and check for powertrain warranty
